The stay was overall enjoyable, especially with the great location just a short walk from the STAPLES Center and other attractions. The beautifully appointed room provided a comfortable atmosphere to relax after a long day. The amenities offered were convenient, and everything we needed was right on site, allowing us to unwind without venturing out too much. However, the TV setup in the room could use some improvements, as it was difficult to operate and not ready for use when we arrived.

The views from the 24th-floor pool were so spectacular, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, sipping a cocktail that tasted better than a summer day. Housekeeping was like ninjas—showing up with fresh towels and snacks when I least expected, making my stay feel like a luxurious surprise party.

I had a fabulous stay, with valet parking that was both quick and welcoming, offering water upon arrival. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable, perfect for the nine guests we hosted. While the room service provided exceptional food and service, I hope the hotel plans to refresh the decor soon to enhance the overall experience.

Spent a whole weekend without stepping outside—great amenities! Enjoyed the rooftop pool and a comfy room that kept the noise at bay. Seriously, there's everything you need here. I could take a vacation just from the hotel!

But, who knew the bathroom would come with a complimentary game of Twister? I thought I booked a room, not a sardine tin!

I enjoyed my stay for three nights in a cozy King Room. The dining experience at Sendero was exceptional, thanks to the friendliness of Maddox and Manny. Their cocktail recommendations made my evenings delightful. A tip for future guests, don’t hesitate to explore their cocktails for a fantastic experience!

I loved how warm and inviting the lobby felt right from the start. The incredible hygiene standards were clear throughout my 6-night stay. The spa treatments, especially the full body massage and relaxing jacuzzi, made my trip feel super indulgent. Just a heads-up, the bathtub did have a little noise issue, but it hardly took away from my overall experience! 😊

I had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton in LA! The beautiful ambience and attentive staff made my experience memorable. Although the bathtub had issues initially, everything else exceeded my expectations, especially the comfortable room and convenient location. Perfect for exploring Los Angeles!
